The Board of Directors believes that the primary responsibility of the board is to provide effective management over SAZEH KHAVAR affairs for the benefit of the company and the construction industry.
That responsibility include:
 Evaluating the performance of the executive managers in relation to the company and to the client and taking appropriate action.
Devise and maintain succession plans and management programs for members of executive management.
Review and approve long term company strategy and business plans and monitoring company performance against such plans.
To this end the Board of Directors under the general management of the managing director has adopted that every department except for the administration and finance, should operate under management of one of the board members in order to enjoy a high level of decision-making.
